Criminal Law
Erimus Chambers' barristers prosecute and defend in the Magistrates Court and The Crown Court. Chambers' criminal law work encompasses the full range of criminal procedure and litigation. We have particular expertise in assault, sexual offences and other cases involving vulnerable witnesses, offences of serious violence, fraud, financial crime, customs and revenue offences, drugs offences,money laundering and confiscation hearings. We also have expertise in road traffic cases, including speed camera and drink driving.
Family Law
Our barristers undertake work concerning ancillary relief, finance and divorce, child cases including contact and residence, child abduction and care. Counsel look for the right outcome for our clients, whether that is achieved through careful and planned negotiation, or a focused and meticulously conducted trial.
Civil Law

Chambers can help with most civil matters including personal injury, road traffic, contracts, debt disputes and mortgage repossession cases. Our team have a wealth of experience built over years of having conduct of various cases in County Courts throughout the country. We also have barristers who deal with immigration law.

Chambers' barristers also deal with RTA Personal Injury claims in the Fast and Multi Track. Sometimes coupled with the issue of liability in the RTA itself. We also undertake matters concerning accidents at work. As well as trials we also deal with the drafting of proceedings and advice on liability and quantum. We act for Claimants and Defendants.

Employment Law

Chambers' barristers undertake work within most aspects of employment law. We are pleased to advise prior to the issuing of dismissal notices or proceedings and have experience in the Employment Tribunals and the High and County Courts. Our barristers act on behalf of both Respondents and Claimants.
