Erimus Chambers
Erimus Chambers provide barristers who deal with Criminal, Family and Civil law. We also have specialist barristers who undertake work in Employment Law and Immigration law. Members also have a particular expertise in road traffic cases, including drinking and driving cases and speed camera cases.

Counsel have regularly appeared in the Magistrate, Youth, Crown and County Courts across the country, including London courts. Our barristers cover local work in Bedford, Northampton, Wellingborough, Luton, Milton Keynes, Watford, Peterborough, Cambridge, Coventry, Boston, Bury St Edmunds, Cambridge, Doncaster, Grantham, Grimsby, Huntingdon, Kettering, King’s Lynn, Leeds, Leicester, Lincoln, Melton Mowbray, Newark, Nottingham, Peterborough, Scunthorpe, Sheffield, Skegness and Worksop. We also are available for instruction throughout the London area.

We cover Criminal matters, both for the prosecution and defence, in the Magistrates Courts and the Crown Courts. Our people have a wealth of experience in cases ranging from minor road traffic matters to serious sexual assault.

With Family Law we undertake work concerning finance and divorce, child cases including contact and residence, child abduction and care.

We can help with most civil matters including personal injury, landlord and tenant, road traffic, contracts, debt disputes and mortgage repossession cases.

Our barristers have expertise in Employment Law covering unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal, wrongful dismissal, sex discrimination, race discrimination, disability discrimination, redundancy, restrictive covenants and TUPE. Our barristers act on behalf of both Respondents and Claimants. We can also advise on and defend status enquiries into the employment status of persons by the Inland Revenue.

The clerk at Erimus Chambers is available and ready to deal with client's needs, around the clock if necessary. Quality legal knowledge, advice and representation are provided by our barristers at fees that we believe to be fair and competitive. As Legal Services are continually restricted financially, Chambers is keen to provide quality and value to our clients and aims to return promptly case reports and fee notes, as we fully appreciate the importance of financial administration to instructing solicitors and the need for clients to be fully informed about finances. Please do call us to discuss your requirements at anytime.
