Saliha returned to the Bar following a successful career with CPS London as a Senior Prosecutor.
She was a youth specialist with the CPS and then moved on to become a Hate Crime Specialist in the Crown Court Unit.
Whilst as the CPS she dealt with complex and high profile case work presentation and preparation in the Crown Court Unit resulting in convictions in
multi-handed conspiracies and victimless prosecutions.
She also regularly prosecuted trials in the Magistrates and Youth court on behalf of the CPS.
She has been commended by senior management at CPS and police for her diligence, attention to detail and her ability to master vast amounts of paperwork at short notice.
She has had extensive training in youth work, She had also recently completed the Sexual Offences and Rape courses and the vulnerable witness course whilst with the CPS.
Prior to joining the CPS she specialised in Crime, both defence and prosecution, Immigration Motoring and Employment.
