Miss Karen Boyes prosecuted a confiscation case at a Crown Court in London this week. Previously, restraining orders had been made on property of the defendant.

The presiding Judge made the confiscation order. Following an admission that the defendant had sold a car which was part of the restraining order, the Judge imposed a 3 month custodial sentence.
